Mundo Obd S.A. is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency client.

This fully remote role focuses on managing creative campaigns and assets from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality output. You will drive timelines, track progress, and optimize processes, drawing on at least two years of creative/marketing project management experience in an agency setting.

Qualifications

Two+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication abilities with cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.
Problem-solving mindset to address bottlenecks and keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

Create & maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns using PM tools.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and strategists.
Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to stakeholders.
Analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency in creative operations.
Communicate status updates clearly to internal teams and leadership.
