Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in project management and delivering technical solutions.
  • Experience developing solution architectures for contact centers, customer-facing digital experiences like web or mobile applications, and with programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Go, or C++.
  • Experience in cognitive AI, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), speech to text, text to speech, and machine learning.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish to support client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience designing and configuring Contact Center solutions (e.g., UJET, CCAI Platform).
  • Understanding of call center and digital ecosystem KPIs and analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge of call center ecosystems, virtual agents, agent handoff, and related customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with Google technologies like Apigee, DialogFlow, Google Compute, Looker, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.

As a Conversational AI Consultant (CCAI) within the Professional Services Organization (PSO), you will work directly with Google Cloud’s strategic customers, providing consulting on CCAI solutions, and collaborating with product, engineering, and partner teams to implement industry solutions. You will support pre-sales activities, technical design, and project planning for large customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the scoping and delivery of complex Contact Center AI (CCAI) Industry Solutions, ensuring program quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Design conversational interfaces and lead virtual agent projects with clear scope and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop delivery strategies and methodologies globally.
  • Translate customer requirements into solution architectures, SOWs, and staffing plans in coordination with sales and technical stakeholders.
