Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Specialist, GSS Contracts & Legal Operations to join WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires. The role supports NAMER collection litigation, settlements, and contracts compliance, delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (or closely related field).
• 5–7 years of experience as a legal operations specialist, contract administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and legal documentation practices.
• Advanced Excel skills; Salesforce Lightning or TyMetrix experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own NAMER collection litigation support, analytics, and settlement management reporting functions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics for payments, forecasting, litigation trends, and risks.
• Coordinate with legal and settlements teams to evaluate settlement probability vs litigation cost.
• Review, analyze, and interpret contractual obligations to support decision-making.
• Maintain and improve data governance and reporting tools within BI ecosystems.
