Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks a Specialist, GSS Contracts & Legal Operations to support NAMER collection litigation, settlements, and contracts compliance. You will deliver data-driven insights, build dashboards, and own analytics across the contracts lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in legal operations, contracts, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and legal documentation practices.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Salesforce Lightning and TyMetrix preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own NAMER collection litigation support, analytics, and settlement reporting.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with legal and settlements teams on settlement probability vs cost.
• Coordinate and monitor related payments and recordkeeping.
• Prepare litigation support packages and governance materials.
• Ensure systems track case notes and matter documentation.
