Required

• 5–7 years in enterprise CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) / DMS (Document Management Systems)
• Advanced CLM administration (e.g. Icertis)
• Contract workflows, templates, clauses, and master data
• Audit and compliance experience
• Agile and ITIL knowledge
• Stakeholder management
• Advanced English

Nice to have

• Icertis certification
• PMP or CAPM certification
• Advanced French
