• Tier 3 support and incident management
• Automation and low/no-code solutions
• M365 architecture basics (connectors, permissions, Dataverse)
• Copilot and AI tools knowledge
• Advanced English

Nice to Have

• ITIL environments and operational reporting
• PMP or CAPM certification
• Advanced French
