The overall responsibility of an AS Consultant is to support our outsourced clients by:

1. Managing reported incidents and providing functional analysis, guidance, and coaching on technical implementation.
2. Creating easy-to-maintain, error-free implementations and customizations following Alight's best practices.
3. Providing technical and functional documentation on issues handled.
4. Managing daily priorities and tickets, ensuring deadlines are met.
5. Reporting regularly on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team Manager.
6. Maintaining communication channels internally and externally, and communicating status, resolutions, and root causes of issues.
7. Participating in project implementations.
8. Understanding general HR flows and SAP HR architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced English skills (desirable).
