Your Impact

You will work in teams of typically 3–5 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement.

You will help clients to change industries, transform business models, and create competitive advantages. You will advise some of the largest, most innovative companies in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, metals and mining, telecommunications, retail, banking and finance.

You will have the opportunity to assist, learn from, challenge, and be challenged by leaders. As part of your daily work you will gather and analyze information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You will present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree and/or postgraduate degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD) in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics)
• Proven experience in the energy sector and business management
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex issues
