• Initiative to explore opportunities and take calculated risks.
• Native Spanish with fluent English (writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Work in 3–5 person teams on client engagements.
• Advise leading clients across industries to transform business models.
• Learn, be challenged by leaders, and participate in coaching programs.
• Gather information, formulate hypotheses, and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement solutions.
