Delaware Valley Paving Inc is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews in the Philadelphia and/or New Jersey region. You will supervise daily concrete productivity, ensure quality, and maintain safety on all projects.

Responsibilities include mentoring crews, interpreting plans, coordinating with management, and performing hands-on paving when needed. A CDL or valid license is preferred, with opportunities for overtime and steady, long-term work.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete/asphalt operations.
• Prior Foreman or Crew Lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus.

Crew Foreman-Concrete Operations

Delaware Valley Paving is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews based out of the Philadelphia and/or New Jersey region. This role is responsible for supervising daily concrete productivity and quality standards, and ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead concrete crews in the field
• Train and mentor crew members
• Coordinate daily work activities, manpower, and equipment with project management
• Ensure proper paving methods, grades, joint construction, and compaction
• Read and interpret project plans, specifications, and work orders
• Maintain job site safety, enforce OSHA regulations, and promote safe work practices
• Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, inspectors, and crew members
• Complete daily reports, production logs, and time tracking as required
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with standards
• Assist with hands-on paving work as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete/asphalt operations
• Prior experience in a Foreman or Crew Lead role preferred
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required (CDL a plus)
• Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity under tight schedules
