In this role, you will supervise masonry crews, ensuring high-quality project delivery while maintaining strict compliance with safety standards. You will interpret complex blueprints and coordinate job activities, providing mentorship for team members.

• Execute project documentation and reporting through Procore to ensure seamless communication with management.
• Train and mentor crew members to foster a culture of professional growth and teamwork.
