Delaware Valley Paving Inc. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to safely and efficiently operate rolling equipment on asphalt paving projects in Argentina.

The role focuses on achieving proper compaction, surface smoothness, and high pavement quality for commercial, municipal, and roadway sites. The candidate will work with the paving crew and foreman to optimize rolling patterns, monitor temperature and mat conditions, and perform pre-operation inspections.

Formación

• Prior experience operating asphalt rollers.
• Knowledge of asphalt paving and compaction techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work long hours, including overtime, during the paving season.

Responsabilidades

• Operate asphalt rollers to compact asphalt surfaces to project specifications.
• Work closely with the paving crew, paver operators, and foreman to ensure proper rolling patterns and timing.
