Job summary

ExxonMobil Business Support Center Argentina is seeking an AMR LVC Component Planner to manage short-term replenishment plans and coordinate across supply chain and manufacturing teams in BA. The role focuses on balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and service levels within the value chain.

The candidate should hold an engineering degree with 0–5 years in manufacturing or logistics, and be proficient in analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Engineer degree required.
• Analytical, data analytics and planning skills required.
• Experience in manufacturing operations/logistics (0-5 years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with personnel across supply chain, manufacturing, 3rd party providers etc to operate monthly supply/demand processes.
• Translate supply/demand plans into optimized production run or replenishment plans.
• Incorporate activities such as promotions, plant maintenance, system upgrades or production outages into production/replenishment plans.
• Resolve/escalate production/replenishment issues, working with manufacturing technical or logstics providers as appropriate.
• Support network inventory build, run-down and product change-over (phase in/ phase out) according to the product line change management process.
• Lead or assist in generation of dead stock / slow moving / excessive imported inventory disposal and redeployment plan.
• Resolve / minimize impact of product shortages via zone or regional deployment and/or production expedition etc.

The Supply Chain department is seeking new candidates to its growing dynamic team. The department provides support to the US Lubes Organization all along the planning value chain.

AMR LVC Component Planner: Component or raw material planners are responsible for creating short term raw material replenishment plans. Their focus is on short-term sales & operations execution or sales & operations planning creating and overseeing tactical supply plans that balance material demand, inventory position, capacity constraints and service level requirements within value chain/geographical area.
