Job summary

ExxonMobil Business Support Center Argentina S.R.L. in Buenos Aires is seeking a data-driven professional to support the sales organization in OtC processes. You will act as an intermediary between Commercial Canada and MSP partners, handling data stewardship and KPI development.

The role requires strong analytical skills, SAP/BI experience, and advanced English. You will participate in monthly MSP reviews, drive process improvements, and contribute to account planning across the US.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker with strong data stewardship skills.
• Experience in automation and process improvement.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of SAP and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Reps in OtC processes between regions.
• Handle data stewardship and KPI creation.
• Lead monthly MSP performance meetings with management.
• Drive continuous process improvement and ad hoc tasks.
• Coordinate account plans and weekly US meetings.
• Support process automation initiatives.

What role you will play in our team

• Project based position to provide ad-hoc support to the sales organization.
• Location: Retiro, Buenos Aires.

What you will do

• Support the Sales Reps in the OtC Process, acting as intermediary between Commercial Canada and the CS MSP Partners (Ex. New Ship To’s / Sold To/s, Pricing Disputes etc.)
• Data Stewardship.
• KPI creation for MSP Performance Review.
• Monthly MSP Performance meeting with Management.
• Continuous Process Improvement.
• Ad Hoc Commercial Tasks.
• Monthly Meetings with Sales Reps.
• Process Automation.
• Account plans organization and preparation (US).
• eSpot weekly meetings (US).
• Manual Spot weekly meetings (US).
