Bybit is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to AML and financial crime prevention standards across the organization. You will develop and implement the compliance program, monitor regulatory changes, and oversee filings to regulators.

You will educate employees, report issues to management and regulators, and conduct internal audits. The role requires at least 5 years in compliance and a law/finance degree, with Peru residency.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, particularly in financial institutions or crypto exchanges.
• An undergraduate degree in law, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and risk management.
• Ability to effectively communicate compliance requirements to various stakeholders.
• Residents of Peru

Job Description:

The Compliance Officer ensures that the organization adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, particularly with respect to anti-money laundering (AML) and other financial crimes prevention standards. This role is critical in mitigating the risks associated with non-compliance and ensuring that the crypto exchange maintains a strong reputation.
