Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is hiring an Compliance Officer for Argentina, Chile, Peru & Ecuador. You will provide strategic, data-driven leadership across multiple markets and work with General Managers to translate risk insights into business decisions.

You will partner with regional teams to strengthen governance, oversee due diligence, and guide complex commercial activities while advising senior leaders on priority risks within GSK's Internal Control Framework.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Experience shaping compliance strategy across multiple markets.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in compliance, risk management or internal controls in pharma/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Partner across markets to strengthen ownership, monitoring and compliance culture.
• Oversee alliances, third-party risk, anti-bribery due diligence and investigations.
• Strengthen risk governance through board updates and due diligence.
• Translate risk signals into clear priorities for leadership decisions.
• Guide high-risk commercial activities with proactive risk mitigation advice.
• Advise leadership on priority risks in line with internal control frameworks.
