Southwest Family Guidance Center is growing and expanding in Northern New Mexico!
Role Overview: Are you looking for a flexible, dynamic role that gets you out of the office and into the community? As an MST (Multi-Systemic Therapy) Therapist you'll be working with at risk-youth and their families in their own environments. Taking the systems approach, you'll also be working with other professionals as part of a supportive and collaborative team. This role offers rich opportunities for professional development, with purposeful supervision and consultation to enhance your skills. Key Responsibilities: Implement MST model of treatment in home and community settings; attend weekly supervision and consultation and engage in professional development; complete documentation accurately and timely.
Minimum Requirements: Active New Mexico licensure: LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LCSW, etc.; desire to learn and grow professionally; ability to work well independently and with a team; cultural competency. MST Training will be provided.
