PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Analyst in Commercial Operations to support internal firm services. You will draft engagement artifacts, build quote packages, and align pricing and delivery information across deal stages while coordinating with partners and internal teams.

You will leverage Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Forms, and Icertis, with a focus on data-driven tracking and monthly pipeline reporting.

As a Commercial Operations Senior Analyst - Global Client, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our internal business services within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will be responsible for managing and developing deliverables that enhance our business operations and support our teams in achieving their objectives. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our business services and support functions. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams effectively. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, guiding and mentoring junior team members while navigating ambiguity to deliver quality work. Your role will involve using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the overall strategy of the firm. Responsibilities

• Drafting engagement artifacts including EAFs and quote documents to support Sales‑led client discussions.
• Building initial quote packages for new opportunities, ensuring timely readiness for client presentations.
• Creating contract documentation aligned with Sales requests and commercial policies.
• Tracking opportunity statuses across Salesforce and alliance portals to maintain program visibility.
• Coordinating with partner contacts and internal teams to align pricing, product, and delivery information across deal stages.
• Designing program playbooks, assets, and tools for Resell.
• Validating new opportunity intakes for completeness and correctness of documentation.
• Ensuring system updates and approvals align with firm guidelines for alliance‑related transactions.
• Monitoring opportunity progress from quote creation to contract execution and invoicing.
• Assisting in the development of tracker updates and reporting metrics for commercial leadership.
• Conducting monthly pipeline reporting, supporting engagement team with their pipeline hygiene within Salesforce, Trackers, etc.

What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial operations, client contracting, or alliance support within a professional services or SaaS environment
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Excelling in business process improvement and analytical thinking
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Forms, FlexForecast, and Icertis.
• Utilizing Einstein dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI (preferred)
• Applying GenAI tools such as Co-Pilot
