Dialpad in Buenos Aires is seeking an Associate Commercial Counsel to manage end-to-end contract review for SaaS and services, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Privacy, Security to balance business needs with risk. You will draft agreements, respond to requests, and help scale commercial workflows.

You will leverage AI-powered tools to speed reviews, pilot new processes, and create repeatable systems, while escalating complex issues to senior counsel.

Formación

• At least 2-5 years of experience as a commercial attorney.
• Prior experience in a sales-driven or fast-paced technology environment (SaaS preferred).
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and procurement teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to communicate issues straightforwardly.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the contract review process for a variety of customer, partner, and vendor contracts (SaaS, services, SOWs, NDAs) from intake through negotiation and completion.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts, providing clear recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Review modification requests and negotiate terms with internal partners for non-standard positions.
• Guide cross-functional teams on edits, non-standard terms, and general contractual questions.
• Partner with Finance, Privacy, and Security to address contract issues including privacy/GDPR/CCPA clauses.
• Support business on legal review for RFPs and other customer-driven requests.
• Provide legal support to Customer Success on relationship management and escalations.
• Assist with education resources and training programs for business partners.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate contract review and legal research, escalating high-risk issues as needed.
