CoE Order to Cash (SD) Senior Consultant
Purpose & Objective of Position

Expectations & Tasks
As an SAP Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) Consultant for the Order to Cash area, you will analyze end-to-end processes of our global customers and present your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You will have the opportunity to design and optimize complex IT landscapes that support our largest customers’ business operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the preparation, conception, realization, and go-live of customer implementation projects.
- Analyzing business processes, including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.
- Safeguarding and optimizing Order to Cash processes and their integration with other SAP modules such as S/4HANA and ECC.
- Providing remote or onsite support during critical customer situations like global escalations or war rooms.
Skills and Competencies
- Over 6 years of experience in the SD module, with strong knowledge in sales order management, variant configuration, pricing and conditions, advanced ATP, delivery and shipment processes, billing, condition contracts, and settlement management.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Order to Cash capabilities.
- Experience with localization areas for Order to Cash and eDocuments such as Factura Electronica for Chile, Argentina, Mexico, and Peru.
- Knowledge of functional integration and cross-solution issues between ERP modules like MM, EWM, and TM is highly desirable.
- Technical skills such as ABAP code optimization or SAP integration technologies (SAP ALE/IDocs/RFC/Web Services/REST/oData) are highly valued.
- Willingness to travel for short-term assignments.
- Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded, with a “Can Do” attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent field.

Language Skills
- English: Proficient in spoken and written communication (mandatory).
- Spanish: Fluent in spoken and written (mandatory).
- Portuguese: Highly desirable.
