Nubank in Buenos Aires is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to help build and operate an internal platform that manages thousands of microservices. You will enable safe, scalable deployments across regions and accounts, supporting rapid growth and developer productivity.

The role requires an infrastructure-first mindset, strong cloud and Kubernetes expertise (AWS/EKS), and coding skills in Java, Python, or Golang. Hybrid work from Argentina is offered to balance collaboration and autonomy.

Formación

• Deep experience with Cloud Providers (AWS preferred) and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proficient in Java, Python, or Golang with distributed systems knowledge.
• Strong communication in English and ability to collaborate with a global team.
• Experience building internal developer platforms (IDP) or infrastructure-as-a-service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Designing an Infrastructure Control Plane to provision resources across regions and accounts.
• Driving operational safety and efficiency for large-scale changes across thousands of apps.
• Streaming deployment with a robust config/manifest flow integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
