IQVIA is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support study delivery during the maintenance phase across assigned studies. You’ll work with Maintenance Leads and CTRMs to ensure maintenance and regulatory activities are completed accurately and on time.

Based in Mexico City, this full-time role requires a life sciences background, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to coordinate across time zones and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in healthcare or similar.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work across time zones and geographies.

Responsabilités

• Support setup, updating, and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with complete study-specific information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure maintenance and regulatory activities are completed in line with timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements.
• Manage, utilize, and interpret various study dashboards to analyze data, monitor study metrics, and track compliance.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and trends through data analysis and elevate appropriately.
