Qualifications

• Must hold an MSW or equivalent in Mental Health Counseling.
• Valid unrestricted LCSW or LPC license.
• Knowledge of behavioral health diagnosis (DSM-IV-TR) and state service delivery systems.
• Compliance with social work and mental health standards, regulations, policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and clinical teams for efficient resource use.
• Schedule follow-ups with psychiatrists and teams for case management.
• Participate in team meetings for case reviews and data sharing.
• Exhibit professional conduct and maintain client confidentiality.
• Present findings clearly to inform treatment decisions and plans.
