IQVIA Laboratories in Argentina seeks a Senior Project Services Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support across the full study lifecycle. You will work under the Project Manager to coordinate study setup, maintenance, and close-out activities while ensuring SOP and policy compliance.

The role requires experience with clinical research coordination, project management skills, and proficiency with investigator portals and MS Office. Excellent English communication is essential.

Formación

• 1 year of experience coordinating studies in a clinical research environment.
• 1 year of experience with project management methodologies.
• Experience using investigator portals and study tracking/status reporting tools to monitor study performance and site activity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Project Manager and study team across the full study lifecycle.
• Support study setup and planning by attending meetings and drafting protocol documents.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including site loading and kit shipment coordination.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve queries and issues.
• Use status reports to identify trends and provide feedback on site performance.
• Support document quality control reviews and monitoring plans.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications when the Project Manager is absent.
• Assist close-out activities and contribute to process improvements and SOP updates.
