IQVIA Argentina seeks a Clinical Operations Manager to lead a team of clinical staff supporting multiple studies. You will ensure projects are properly resourced, staff are trained, and objectives are met while maintaining quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include onboarding, training plan execution, SOP review, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to address project challenges and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or health care.
• Clinical trial experience including management/leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of clinical staff and ensure projects are resourced and employees are trained and meeting objectives.
• Oversee staff onboarding, training plans, and SOP compliance.
• Allocate resources to clinical studies based on staff experience and training; monitor workload and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to address project challenges and deliver customer service.
