TransPerfect is seeking an Account Support Executive in Buenos Aires to deliver high-quality technical and operational support to North American clients, guiding users through the VDR platform and handling inquiries.

You will train clients, support key workflows, coordinate with regional teams, ensure accurate documentation and billing, and maintain professional, responsive service across multiple engagements, three days on site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B environment.
• Native-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Interact by phone or email to advise clients on workflow and VDR processes.
• Provide first-line technical and operational support to clients and users of the VDR platform.
• Nurture and develop positive client relationships and manage multiple engagements.
• Support user access, permissions, documents, Q&A, reporting and other workflows.
• Host online client training sessions and escalate technical issues when needed.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate and timely across regions.
