TransPerfect Buenos Aires is seeking an Account Support Specialist to deliver high-quality technical and operational support to North American clients from our Colegiales offices. You will guide users through the VDR platform, handle queries, run client trainings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced B2B environment, with on-site attendance

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a B2B environment.
• Native-level English fluency with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with aptitude for new software; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with and advise clients on workflow and VDR processes.
• Provide first-line technical and operational support across the VDR platform.
• Build strong client relationships and manage multiple engagements.
• Coordinate with regional teams to meet timelines.
• Document client interactions and support actions.
