Hire Hangar, Inc. seeks a Client Solutions Manager in Buenos Aires (on-site, Colegiales).

You will deliver high-quality technical and operational client support for North American accounts, assist with training, and manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will help users navigate the VDR platform, handle access and permissions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Native-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Account Support & Communication: consult with and advise clients on workflow and VDR processes.
• Platform Support & Training: navigate the VDR platform, manage user access, permissions, and reporting; host online client training.
• Delivery & Internal Coordination: monitor progress and coordinate with regional teams to meet timelines.
• Documentation & Administration: maintain accurate records of client interactions, support requests, and billing information.
