A biopharmaceutical solutions organization is seeking a Client Services Operations Specialist in Buenos Aires. You will support projects through administrative tasks, requiring a degree and 2 years of experience in client services. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are essential. Formación

  • At least 2 years of experience in a client delivery or service company.
  • Prior experience in field sales administration or operations within the life sciences industry.

In this role, you will work with our Deployment Solutions team, partnering with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies. The Client Services Operations Specialist will primarily coordinate and assist with departmental activities assigned by the Supervisor and project-specific tasks designated by the Client Services Manager/Director (CSM/CSD) to support our field-based employees.

You will:

  1. Support assigned projects by completing day-to-day administrative tasks across various business lines, including Sales, Nurse, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Contact Center projects.
  2. Generate mass mailings, and handle copying and filing.
  3. Assist in resolving payroll and expense management and reporting issues.
  4. Generate, review, and distribute reports according to contract requirements.
  5. Participate in meetings and conference calls as required by the CSM or internal business lead.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or BA/BS degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client delivery or service company.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Desired Skills:

  • Basic understanding of Life Sciences Commercial operations, including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Nurse, and Contact Center programs.
  • Prior experience in field sales administration or operations within the life sciences industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
