We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Client Relationship Manager - South Cone to join our team:
- Location: Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Work model: On site / Hybrid.
- Contract Type: Indefinite-term.
As the Client Relationship Manager for the South Cone region, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong client relationships for one of our key clients. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' real estate needs, providing expert guidance, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the South Cone real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
What is your day to day?
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with one of our key clients. Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor to the client, understanding their real estate goals and objectives.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting the South Cone region. Provide clients with market insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Customized Solutions: Work closely with the client to develop customized real estate strategies and solutions that align with their business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client strategies.
- Negotiation and Deal Management: Negotiate lease terms, purchase agreements, and other real estate transactions on behalf of the client. Oversee the end-to-end deal process, ensuring client requirements are met.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including lease vs. buy scenarios and cost-benefit analysis, to support client decision-making.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all real estate transactions are in compliance with local regulations and JLL policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and transactions.
- Client Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities to expand JLL's services within this client account. Foster long-term client relationships to drive client retention and referrals.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on client relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of the South Cone real estate market and local regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Financial acumen and the ability to perform complex financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCIM, CPM, or CRM) are a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
