You will translate technology into business value and oversee account performance in collaboration with delivery teams.

The role requires 5+ years of US consulting experience, strong English, and ability to travel to the US quarterly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will partner with clients to shape AI adoption initiatives, translate complex technology into business outcomes, and oversee account performance in close collaboration with delivery and engineering teams. The role requires deep IT services consulting experience, strong technical fluency, and quarterly travel to the US.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations;
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption;
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution of these initiatives;
• Help organizations translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach;
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement;
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the U.S.;
• Proven experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value;
• Experience within large enterprise organizations, including participation in or leadership of digital transformation or modernization programs;
• Advanced English (written and spoken);
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects;
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills;
• U.S. residency or a valid U.S. visa with availability to travel to the U.S. once per quarter.
