AgileEngine is seeking a Client Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large US enterprises, shaping AI-driven digital transformation initiatives from inception to execution. You will translate technology into business value and oversee account performance in collaboration with delivery teams.

The role requires 5+ years of US consulting experience, strong English, and ability to travel to the US quarterly.

Formación

• 5+ years of consulting experience in the US.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in IT services or custom software development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills translating tech into business value.
• Experience in digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Strong technical understanding of IT projects.
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• US residency or valid US visa with quarterly travel.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and oversee end-to-end execution.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach.
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Travel to the US quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
