Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Solutions Architect to collaborate with internal teams and implement enterprise‑level GlobalLink solutions for our international client portfolio. You will act as the clients’ main technical contact, coordinating with Solutions Engineers and Developers across implementation projects.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, drafting detailed implementation plans with timelines and risk assessments, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years in a client-facing role is expected.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Experience in project management and client solution implementation.
• Excellent investigation, troubleshooting and documentation abilities.
• Good time management and analytical thinking.
• Collaborative attitude and teamwork.
• Knowledge of CAT tools, TM tools and CMS platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze configuration requirements with the Solutions Engineering team.
• Draft project plans with implementation details, timelines and risk analysis.
• Ensure implementation deadlines are met and coordinate with client teams.
• Execute and verify configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools per requirements.
• Serve as primary technical contact and escalation point for clients.
• Assist the support team with client configuration issues.
• Contribute to product lifecycle by reporting issues and requesting enhancements.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to trainings and internal projects.
