Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Data Access Manager to guide prospective clients through the Access & Integration process, ensuring data sources connect to internal systems and support marketing audits.

You will collaborate with Revenue and Analyst teams, manage onboarding environments, and continuously improve access materials while employing AI to optimize workflows and maintain Power Digital’s high standards of client service.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding clients or customers through onboarding processes and conducting effective training sessions.
• Background in addressing and resolving customer issues, ideally in a technical or software-related context.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for customer data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Google Sheets for administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with access protocol for Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients during the data access and integration phase of the sales cycle
• Partner closely with the Revenue and Analyst teams to coordinate platform access ahead of and during marketing audits
• Manage prospective client onboarding environments
• Maintain and evolve the library of Access & Integration materials
• Regularly update internal documentation as platform access processes change over time
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize Access & Integration processes
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
