IDB Group is seeking an accomplished, results-driven senior leader to head the Budget and Corporate Procurement Division. You will direct budget formulation, execution, and procurement governance across the institution, while promoting innovation and efficiency in a complex matrix environment.

You will lead a 40+ person team, engage with Senior Management and the Board, and ensure alignment with strategy, business plan, and impact framework.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, public administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in budget planning and monitoring, procurement, financial management, accounting, or public financial administration.
• Experience engaging at the Board and senior executive levels and leading organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy and deliver results across budget formulation/execution/oversight and analytics.
• Oversee corporate procurement governance and risk oversight with emphasis on transparency and value for money.
• Lead a 40+ person multidisciplinary team and engage with Senior Management, the Board, and Country Offices.
