IDB Invest seeks a Director of Development Impact – Real Sector Operations to supervise development effectiveness across lifecycle stages. The role guides theory of change, impact metrics and reporting for the real sector portfolio in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Leading a DVF team, you will coordinate with senior leaders, manage stakeholder engagement, and shape evaluation frameworks while advancing digitalization and efficiency in operations.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in impact management and development effectiveness.
• Extensive understanding of operations in corporate/infrastructure sectors and multilateral settings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development effectiveness standards across the full lifecycle of real sector operations.
• Coordinate with DVF leadership and other directorates to advance impact measurement and learning.
• Lead a DVF team, manage resources, and provide development of talent and mentoring.
