The Role

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Founders, turning vision into execution, driving high-impact initiatives, and ensuring the company operates at peak efficiency. This role blends strategy, operations, and cross-functional leadership, with direct influence on the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate executive vision into actionable plans with clear outcomes.
  • Drive strategic projects and proactively remove roadblocks.
  • Act as the Founders’ right hand, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
  • Align product, sales, partnerships, and operations teams around shared goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, while leading special projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in operations, consulting, program/project management, or CoS roles.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS.
  • Experience working in startups.
  • LATAM-based with prior experience working for U.S./Canadian companies.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, combined with hands-on execution.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
