EPAM Systems seeks a Chief Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer to set direction, own the Copilot roadmap, and ensure enterprise readiness. You will validate data and governance foundations and partner with corporate teams and frontline workers to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive adoption, coordinate with architecture and transformation stakeholders, and oversee security, governance, and licensing decisions for Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organisation.

Formación

• 7+ years in M365 architecture at enterprise scale.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Graph and Copilot grounding behavior.
• Experience with information governance with Microsoft Purview: sensitivity labels, DLP, retention.
• Hands-on familiarity with Entra ID and security practices: CA, access reviews, Zero Trust.
• Demonstrated experience with Copilot Studio: custom agents, plugins, connectors.
• Proficiency with Viva Suite tools for frontline engagement.
• Knowledge of Copilot licensing models and roadmap literacy.

We are building AI-enabled productivity at scale and need a Chief Microsoft 365 Copilot Developer to set direction and ensure enterprise readiness. You will own the Microsoft 365 Copilot roadmap, validate data and governance preparedness, and partner with corporate teams and frontline workers to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategic roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across the organization
• Conduct readiness assessments to confirm data and governance foundations support Copilot deployment
• Develop organizational capability and lead change management for AI-powered productivity tools
• Align corporate teams and frontline workers to ensure shared goals for Copilot deployment
• Create measurement frameworks to track adoption and quantify business value
• Partner with technology architecture and business transformation stakeholders to coordinate delivery
• Manage governance, security, and compliance considerations tied to Copilot deployment
• Advise teams on licensing decisions and roadmap planning for Microsoft 365 Copilot

Requirements

• Proven background with 7+ years in M365 architecture, including tenant administration, Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive at enterprise scale
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Graph and Semantic Index, including Copilot grounding behavior and end-to-end data flows
• Working knowledge of information governance with Microsoft Purview, including sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention, and permissions models
• Hands-on familiarity with Entra ID and security practices, including Conditional Access, access reviews, oversharing audits, and Zero Trust awareness
• Demonstrated experience with Copilot Studio, including custom agents, plugins, connectors, and GPT-based declarative agents
• Solid proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Copilot integration, Power Apps, and dataflows relevant to retail operations
• Strong expertise in SharePoint and content architecture, including taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle management
• Practical background with Viva Suite tools such as Viva Learning, Viva Connections, and Viva Engage, especially for frontline engagement
• Proven track record in adoption and measurement using Copilot Dashboard, Viva Insights, adoption scoring, and ROI frameworks
• Thorough competency with M365 Copilot licensing models and Microsoft roadmap literacy, including Ignite and Build awareness
• English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
