La Vita Bella Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and report client changes to the nursing team with empathy and professionalism.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and a criminal background screening.
• Valid driver's license, car registration and car insurance listing the applicant as an insured driver.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing assistance including vital signs monitoring, medication reminders, and basic nursing care
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in client conditions to nursing staff and supervisors
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
