Senior Helpers of Northwest Arkansas is urgently hiring caregivers to support seniors in home-based care. If you have experience in assisted living, independent living, or home health, you’ll join a team dedicated to improving quality of life for clients.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, professional development, and opportunities for advancement as you deliver compassionate, in-home care tailored to each client’s needs.

Formación

• One year experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance is required.
• Caring and compassionate—you enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up

Job Duties:
