Job summary

Fortrea in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior CRA I to lead site monitoring and site management for clinical studies, ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

You will conduct pre-study visits, oversee CRA activities, review data quality, travel as needed, and support project teams while maintaining patient safety and data integrity. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required; English and local language fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in life sciences or related field.
• Three years of clinical monitoring experience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and SAE reporting experience.
• Fluency in English and local language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring and closeout visits per protocol and SOPs.
• Ensure informed consent procedures and protocol adherence.
• Review data quality and resolve CRF queries with data management.
• Prepare accurate trip reports and coordinate with vendors.
• Support project teams and train junior staff as needed.
