A leading energy services company is seeking an Entry-Level Service Operator in Neuquén, Argentina. The candidate will assist in well completion product installations, prepare equipment, and complete necessary paperwork. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. This developmental role aims for advancement to Service Specialist.

Job Duties

Under direct supervision, assists the Service Specialist in installing well completion products. Assists with pre-job product and service equipment preparation (assembly, test, mobilization) and product installation at the well site. Assists with post-job mobilization, clean up and repair of service equipment and products. Completes all well site and post-job paperwork. Demonstrates knowledge of all third party well site activities that could impact the process of installing completions products. Demonstrates knowledge and skills related to HSE activities - site assessments and risk analyses, onsite safety meetings, PPE use, documentation, etc. All employees must be able to execute written and verbal instructions and effectively communicate with peers and superiors. Must work effectively as part of a team. Basic mathematical, reading, writing, and computer skills are required. This is a development position with the expectation that all Service Operators will advance to the Service Specialist position. Develops skills to provide basic completion products and services at customer sites without supervision. Gains knowledge of local completions HMS processes and performs pre-job reviews to understand the scope, desired results, and processes for success.
