dsm-firmenich is seeking a Capacity Planner in Don Torcuato, Argentina, offering a hybrid work model. You will review orders, develop production plans, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Materials, and Logistics to balance demand and supply.

Strong analytical skills and experience with SAP and MRP are essential. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or Economics, with advanced English and the ability to engage global stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency with ability to communicate with global stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems; Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of Kinaxis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review new customer orders and assess impact on production capacity and planning priorities.
• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity, materials and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to monitor plan execution and adjust priorities as needed.
• Work with Materials Planning and Logistics to monitor availability of critical raw materials and mitigate risks.
• Identify and evaluate alternative materials or solutions to minimize impacts on production and deliveries.
• Review material forecasts and ensure alignment between demand and material availability.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to drive continuous improvements.
