CRAFTLabs is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and actionable software solutions. You will bridge the gap between business and tech teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in business analysis, strong process-analysis background, and comfort working remotely with cross-functional teams. You’ll participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to improving information management and decision support.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis or similar roles.
• Strong background in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum ceremonies and practices.
• Passion for good engineering practices and testing.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and communicate daily/weekly goals.

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in business analysis. Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses a deep understanding of business processes and requirements, and who excels at translating these into actionable insights and solutions. Moreover, collaboration and the ability to work effectively as a team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and document comprehensive business requirements that support enterprise information management, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements and alignment with business goals.
• Strong skills in translating customer needs and requirements into software management tools
• Participate in agile ceremonies, weekly demos and such

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles, with a strong background in business process analysis.

• You are passionate about good engineering practices and testing.

Required Skills

• Previous experience in gathering, understanding, and formalizing functional requirements.
• Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps/TFS or similar)
• Communication English skills.
