We are looking for a Technology Lead with a background in strategy development and business improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience with new businesses, technologies, and innovation. A background in Global Bookkeeping and statutory financials is essential to be part of our Global KDN leadership team. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision are key for this role.

Responsibilities include:

1. Executing the bookkeeping and statutory accounting technology strategy for the region, including integration with other regions.
2. Developing and implementing best-in-class technology solutions.
3. Leading and managing technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
4. Overseeing and guiding technical teams, ensuring effective project delivery aligned with business goals.
5. Collaborating with Global IT leadership to develop the overall strategy for LATAM bookkeeping and statutory accounting technology.
6. Driving organizational success through effective stakeholder collaboration.
7. Aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Staying abreast of industry trends, assessing emerging technologies, and driving innovation.
9. Ensuring high-quality technology solutions by implementing best practices, quality standards, and testing processes.
10. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and security protocols.

Qualifications include:

1. Global bookkeeping and statutory accounting technical knowledge of local countries.
2. Over 10 years of leadership experience, with proven ability to build and develop teams.
3. Experience leading technical programs/projects in high-matrixed, globally dispersed environments.
4. Self-starter with initiative in leading programs with global stakeholders.
5. Knowledge of ERP systems setup for legal entities and consolidated accounts.
6. Experience with multi-country bookkeeping and statutory accounting standardization efforts.
7. Knowledge of technology solutions, including third-party solutions, for bookkeeping and statutory accounting.
8. 15+ years in Big 4, major MNCs, or advisory firms, with a background in statutory audit preferred.
9. Experience working in a global, multicultural environment delivering for multiple stakeholders.
10. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
11. Understanding of global service delivery models and experience leading delivery center transformation with change management.
