Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in agronomic research, field testing, product development, data analysis, and value proposition development.
• Fluent Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Identify customer & market needs and partner with global teams to drive product development priorities.
• Lead testing programs and data generation activities to support varietal selection, advancement, characterization, and placement decisions, in-house and with third-parties.
• Develop product recommendations, including adaptation, stability, yield potential, and best management practices.
• Capture customer, market, and competitive insights into product recommendations to strengthen product positioning and advancement decisions.
• Generate product performance data to support pricing and business planning.
• Generate agronomic evidence and best management practices recommendations to position biofuel crops within productive and regenerative cropping systems.
• Partner with Crop Protection, Carbon, Digital, and Commercial teams to develop and deliver the integrated value proposal for each product.
• Develop and implement technical training materials and product positioning recommendations.
• Lead knowledge transfer and market development initiatives for internal teams, commercial partners, and growers, to support customer adoption and business growth.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy
