BARBUSS is seeking a driven Marketing & Communications professional in Buenos Aires to draft, edit, and publish company articles in English and Spanish. You will create multiformat content for digital channels and manage campaigns across paid and organic channels.

You will analyze KPIs with Google Analytics, leverage AI tools for content creation, and maintain editorial calendars across multiple projects. On-site location in Microcentro, BA, with international exposure.

Formación

• Degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Digital Business, or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles.
• Advanced bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English), with excellent writing and editorial skills in both languages.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns (paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM) and producing multiformat content.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and active use of AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
• Working knowledge of Mailchimp and Adobe Creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva.
• Strong social media skills, particularly on LinkedIn.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, edit, and publish company articles and news in English and Spanish.
• Create high-quality multiformat content for digital channels (LinkedIn, website, newsletters).
• Execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Research, propose, and implement AI-driven tools to improve processes.
• Manage editorial calendars and multiple projects, meeting deadlines with brand consistency.
• Work proactively and independently, taking ownership of results.
