Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support home health referrals and patient inquiries. You will act as the first point of contact, verify eligibility, and coordinate with nurses and staff to schedule intake appointments.

You will work in a remote, US-time-zone aligned environment, communicating with Spanish-speaking patients and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a smooth referral process and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required, with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple referrals.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming patient referrals and inquiries.
• Answer and manage calls from current and prospective members.
• Triage referrals to ensure proper documentation and eligibility.
• Verify patient eligibility and ensure proper authorization is in place.
• Coordinate with authorization team to maintain workflow.
• Schedule intake appointments with nurses and field staff.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking patients warmly and professionally.
• Maintain organized records and follow established workflows.
