Higher Options is seeking a highly skilled, bilingual CPA to manage the financial backbone of a U.S.-based real estate group. You will oversee full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and manage monthly and year-end closings with intercompany eliminations.

The role requires strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills, experience with project-based accounting, and clear English/Spanish communication. Remote, full-time with flexible hours.

Qualificações

• Licensed CPA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities.
• GAAP-compliant accounting and project-level financials.
• Monthly and year-end closing processes including journal entries.
• Track intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and variances.
• Issue 1099s and coordinate with tax filings.
• Maintain audit-ready financial records at all times.
• Develop rolling cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in capital allocation decisions and quarterly reviews.
• Oversee CEO personal financial tracking and reporting.

Are you a CPA who combines technical mastery with real-world business judgment? Higher Options is looking for a highly skilled, bilingual (English/Spanish) CPA with strong bookkeeping fundamentals to manage the financial backbone of a dynamic U.S.-based real estate group operating across brokerage, investment, and development entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities, including real estate brokerage, investment companies, and project-specific L
• LCs.Maintain GAAP-compliant accounting, including job cost tracking, project-level financials, and consolidated report
• ing.Manage monthly and year-end closing processes, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliati
• ons.Track intercompany transactions and ensure proper elimination during consolidat
• ion.Prepare and analyze financial statements; perform variance analysis and support executive decision-mak
• ing.Issue 1099s, ensure W-9 compliance, and prepare financial records for tax filings in coordination with external
