BairesDev is seeking a BI Engineer to design and develop high-performance dashboards and reporting solutions. You will architect semantic layers, data models, and pipelines to empower stakeholders with data-driven decisions.

Required are 5+ years in BI/Data Engineering, expertise in Power BI/Tableau/Looker, advanced SQL, and English proficiency. Enjoy a 100% remote role with flexible hours and global collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in BI or Data Engineering.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI/Tableau/Looker.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience in data modeling and enterprise semantic layers.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports.
• Design and optimize complex data models and semantic layers for a single source of truth.
• Develop SQL queries to extract/transform/load data into BI environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate requirements into specifications.
• Implement data governance to ensure accuracy, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and tune BI platform performance and data pipelines.

BI Engineer at BairesDev

As a BI Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance dashboards and reporting solutions to transform raw data into actionable business insights. You will play a key role in architecting robust semantic layers and data models that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports.
• Design and optimize complex data models and semantic layers to ensure a single source of truth for business metrics.
• Develop advanced SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into BI environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement data governance best practices to ensure the accuracy, security, and performance of BI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and tune BI platform performance and data pipeline issues to maintain high system availability.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and complex data transformation.
• Solid experience in data modeling and developing enterprise semantic layers.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
